• Acquire Mining Business acumen.
• Rotate in a given role in the Financial Accountant Team.
• Become an advanced user of the ERP and related systems.
• Understanding of Financial Statements and its preparation.
• Ability to attend internal/external requirements.
• Become an appreciated member of the Finance Team.
• Embrace FQM values.
